This role is for Part-Time Breakfast Servers who will be essential in shaping the guest dining experience at the hotel’s on-site restaurant. The position requires individuals who are personable, quick-thinking, and carry a positive attitude to provide memorable and friendly service. As a breakfast server, you will represent the hotel's brand by welcoming guests with a smile, promptly taking and delivering food and beverage orders, and ensuring guests’ needs are swiftly met. This role demands flexibility, as those employed must be willing to work a 7-day rotating schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Job Duties

Acknowledge and welcome each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly greeting (use guest name whenever possible)
take food and beverage orders and deliver to the kitchen
deliver food, beverages, condiments, and other requested items
answer questions regarding the menu
maintain knowledge of all menu items and composition
ensure that food is prepared correctly and to the guest's satisfaction
return incorrect or improperly cooked items to the kitchen
collect plates and clear table as guests finish their meal
adhere to all applicable Colwen and brand standards for food and beverage service and compliance with state liquor policies
clean designated areas in accordance with defined procedures
ensure sideboards are adequately stocked
set tables to standards, and ensure that all items are clean and in good repair
prepare guest checks and collect payment
assist with other restaurant tasks such as cleaning the dining area and preparing silverware and condiments
perform other related duties as assigned, you may be required to perform a variety or duties in multiple departments during a shift
