Job Requirements
- Be 21 years or older
- Available to work 2-3 shifts per week including weekends
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management
- Can lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for up to 6 hours
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- Ability to use smartphone or tablet to record work
- Comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Motivated self-starter with ability to work independently and in teams
- Ability to perform duties with safety-first mentality
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results
- Ability to use smartphone or tablet for work recording
- Comfortable lifting and standing for extended periods
- Ability to maintain safety and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Engage customers through food and beverage sampling
- Prepare, cook, and clean work area and equipment
- Drive sales by introducing new products to shoppers
- Use smartphone or tablet to record work after shifts
- Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for up to 6 hours
- Interact with customers and store management in a friendly and outgoing manner
- Work independently and as part of a team maintaining a safety-first mentality in retail environment
