We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic part-time Server/Bartender to join our vibrant team. This role is critical in ensuring guests receive exceptional service, educating them about our extensive beverage offerings, and creating an atmosphere that fosters engagement and comfort. The part-time position offers flexible hours suitable for individuals passionate about wine, craft beer, cocktails, and impeccable customer service. As a Server/Bartender at Vino Volo, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, assisting with menu offerings that cater to diverse dietary needs including vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in both bar and dining areas. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a server or bartender preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry moderate weight
- Knowledge of wine and beverage service beneficial but not required
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced environment is preferred
- Knowledge of wines, beers, and cocktails is a plus but we are happy to train the right candidate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging guests and sharing knowledge of our wine and beverage selections
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including wine, craft beer, and cocktails
