Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year bartending experience in a luxury or high-end bar setting
- valid TIPS certification or equivalent
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- physical capability to handle bar duties including lifting moderate weight
- knowledge of state and local alcohol serving laws
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- At least one year experience working in a high-end bar with a complex beer, wine, and cocktail menu
- true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- refined verbal communication skills
- physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
- TIPS certification or equivalent

- maintains positive attitude and takes initiative
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes
- offer customized drink recommendations to guests
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar area and equipment
- ensure compliance with state and local serving guidelines
- engage guests through casual conversation to enhance their experience
- manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
- uphold an attractive and organized bar environment
