Job Requirements
- Ability to lift up to forty pounds daily
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, push, kneel, bend, balance, squat, reach, and stretch for eight hours per day
- Experience working in a moderate noise environment
- Willingness to perform additional tasks as needed
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- Legal age to serve alcohol
Job Qualifications
- Good communication skills
- Ability to resolve conflict
- Understanding of Bunkhouse policies
- Experience in bartending or hospitality preferred
- Ability to maintain high cleanliness and safety standards
- Strong interpersonal and guest service skills
- Ability to handle cash and balance receipts
Job Duties
- Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons
- Mix ingredients to prepare and garnish cocktails and other beverages according to Bunkhouse standards
- Serve snacks or food items to customers as requested or submit order to Kitchen
- Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment
- Arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive displays
- Help plan and organize the menu and operations of the Cocktail Lounge or Bar
- Ensure immediate response is given to any and all guest comments and concerns and inform immediate supervisor of concerns and assist implementing corrective measure when necessary
