Physical stamina and attention to safety are crucial, as bartenders will spend extended periods standing, walking, or moving around and frequently lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to company policies, protecting assets, and ensuring confidentiality are vital components of the role. The successful candidate will have at least one year of related work experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a strong customer-service orientation.
