As a part-time bartender at Fort Collins Country Club, you will play a vital role in enhancing the member experience by providing exceptional beverage service. Job Requirements

knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and drink recipes
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ability to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
accurate and efficient handling of payment transactions
ensuring accurate drink preparation and presentation
ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects in or behind a bar and in kitchen areas
understanding of responsible alcohol service practices
supporting fellow team members in the front and back of the house

Job Qualifications

3 years of previous bartending experience is required
knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
strong communication and customer service skills
ability to work quickly and efficiently while treating all guests and coworkers with kindness and respect

Job Duties

Delivering exceptional service and creating a memorable experience for our members
mixing cocktails, pouring beer and wine, and preparing other beverages according to standard recipes and customer requests
serve drinks to customers at the bar or through waitstaff
ensuring accurate and consistent measurements and presentation of drinks
monitoring customer alcohol consumption and ensuring responsible service
taking drink and food orders and serving food to guests
maintaining a clean and organized bar and kitchen area
