Job Requirements
- knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and drink recipes
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
- accurate and efficient handling of payment transactions
- ensuring accurate drink preparation and presentation
- ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects in or behind a bar and in kitchen areas
- understanding of responsible alcohol service practices
- supporting fellow team members in the front and back of the house
Job Qualifications
- 3 years of previous bartending experience is required
- knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work quickly and efficiently while treating all guests and coworkers with kindness and respect
Job Duties
- Delivering exceptional service and creating a memorable experience for our members
- mixing cocktails, pouring beer and wine, and preparing other beverages according to standard recipes and customer requests
- serve drinks to customers at the bar or through waitstaff
- ensuring accurate and consistent measurements and presentation of drinks
- monitoring customer alcohol consumption and ensuring responsible service
- taking drink and food orders and serving food to guests
- maintaining a clean and organized bar and kitchen area
