Job Requirements

  • knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails and drink recipes
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously
  • accurate and efficient handling of payment transactions
  • ensuring accurate drink preparation and presentation
  • ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects in or behind a bar and in kitchen areas
  • understanding of responsible alcohol service practices
  • supporting fellow team members in the front and back of the house

Job Qualifications

  • 3 years of previous bartending experience is required
  • knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
  • strong communication and customer service skills
  • ability to work quickly and efficiently while treating all guests and coworkers with kindness and respect

Job Duties

  • Delivering exceptional service and creating a memorable experience for our members
  • mixing cocktails, pouring beer and wine, and preparing other beverages according to standard recipes and customer requests
  • serve drinks to customers at the bar or through waitstaff
  • ensuring accurate and consistent measurements and presentation of drinks
  • monitoring customer alcohol consumption and ensuring responsible service
  • taking drink and food orders and serving food to guests
  • maintaining a clean and organized bar and kitchen area
