Job Requirements

  • High school education preferred or equivalent experience
  • Minimum one year experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Ability to maintain a neat and professional appearance
  • CPR and first aid training preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities
  • Compliance with state liquor regulations

Job Duties

  • Providing friendly and prompt service to guests
  • Effectively managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Preparing alcoholic beverages accurately and responsibly in compliance with state liquor regulations
  • Engaging with guests to enhance their dining experience and offer tailored food and drink recommendations
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar and surrounding areas
  • Monitoring inventory levels for alcohol, beer, and wine to support stock management
  • Assisting with greeting and seating guests, answering phones, and taking orders
  • Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate service
  • Refilling beverages and assisting with resetting tables
  • Handling payments accurately and processing transactions efficiently
