As a Bartender with us, you will be the face of hospitality, responsible for delivering a warm welcome to every guest with enthusiasm and genuine care. Your excellent communication skills and outgoing personality will help make guests feel appreciated and eager to return. You will be adept at multitasking, quickly and accurately mixing drinks according to established recipes while managing orders and payments efficiently. Staying organized and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels behind the bar will be part of your daily routine. In addition to serving drinks, you will anticipate guests' needs by recognizing signals and offering timely refills, fostering a friendly and attentive interaction. Upholding all legal requirements regarding alcohol service and ensuring guest safety by monitoring intoxication levels is essential in this role. From setting up an attractive display of bottles and glassware to washing and sterilizing equipment, your role encompasses multiple critical tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our bar. Commitment to punctuality, particularly on Sundays, and a professional appearance reflect the pride you take in your work. Job Requirements

Be of legal age to serve alcohol
possess state applicable health and/or alcohol compliance card
ability to pass Responsible Service of Alcohol Test with a score of 90% or better
basic mathematical skills and an ability to handle money and give correct change
possess basic reading and computer skills
possess basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, and familiarity with standard drink recipes
must have excellent communication and organizational skills
must be multi-task oriented
possess knowledge of company’s food and beverage specifications and workplace safety procedures

Job Duties

Welcome each guest personally using enthusiastic words, tone, and body language at all times
make guests feel appreciated
work as a team with all personnel in order to maintain an effective atmosphere and an efficient food and beverage service
work with others to keep all areas cleaned and stocked to the company’s standards at all times
mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons of the bar and dining room following standard recipes
input drink orders into computer immediately, collect money from guests for drinks served and make change
arrange bottles and glasses to maintain an attractive display
wash and sterilize stemware
count drinks guests are served and track open bar tabs
anticipate guests’ needs and follow the half-full rule when offering another drink
remain alert of guests’ signals and acknowledge signals
learn guests’ names, occupations, and favorite drinks
responsibly serve alcohol and remain aware of guests’ state of intoxication
perform other duties as assigned
