Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- California Food Handlers Certification
- Ability to multi-task in a confined workspace
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Refined organizational skills
- Food and beverage knowledge including coffee making and products preferred
- Previous experience as a barista or similar role preferred
- Ability to multi-task in a confined workspace
- Ability to walk long distances and stand for long periods
- Ability to work outdoors under the sun and with sand
- Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- California Food Handlers Certification required
Job Duties
- Prepare beverages according to menu standards
- Fulfill guest orders accurately and promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Operate coffee making equipment with knowledge and skill
- Work effectively in an outdoor environment with exposure to sun and sand
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
