Within this vibrant company, Nsight is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Barista to join their team. The Barista role is fundamental to the customer experience, responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere in the shop by delivering prompt, friendly, and quality service. The ideal candidate will prepare a variety of coffee beverages including espresso, lattes, and teas, ensuring each product meets Glas’ consistent quality standards. In addition to beverage preparation, the Barista will engage in order taking, managing payment transactions, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing the store environment to enhance operational efficiency. This position requires the flexibility to work three days per week from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm, and for the Green Bay Glas location, the role includes assisting with bike delivery services to bring high-quality products directly to customers.
