Part- time Barista (Green Bay, WI)

We are currently seeking a dedicated Barista for our Green Bay Glas location. This role is designed for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. The position is part-time, requiring availability for three days a week from 6:30 am to 2:30 pm. The Barista will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers by providing prompt service, high-quality products, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store.

As a Barista at Nsight, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, preparing and serving a variety of coffee and specialty beverages such as espresso, lattes, tea, and hot chocolate, and ensuring consistency and quality by adhering to company procedures and Glas standards. The role also involves maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including regular cleaning of workstations and restocking supplies as needed.

Additionally, flexibility with scheduling is essential to meet business needs. At the Green Bay Glas location, the Barista may also have responsibilities that include assisting with bike delivery services to ensure that customers receive fresh, quality products promptly. Candidates who are detail-oriented, able to multitask efficiently, and comfortable handling payment transactions will thrive in this role. Knowledge of common kitchen equipment along with familiarity with standard office tools such as phones and point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base are critical to delivering the high standard of service Nsight is known for.

Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of food service experience—ideally in a coffee house setting—a barista trainee class completion, a credited sanitation course, and possession of a beverage operator license. These credentials ensure that the Barista can deliver excellent products and maintain safety and hygiene standards effectively.
