This role offers flexibility with full-time or part-time employment options and provides a competitive starting wage at $15.00 per hour plus customer gratuities. Sonesta values and rewards its employees with an extensive benefits package that supports their health, financial security, and personal development. These include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a health savings account with company match, a 401(k) retirement plan with company match, paid vacation and sick days, hotel discounts, educational assistance, paid parental leave, and various insurance options such as life, short-term, and long-term disability.
