Harris Teeter offers a comprehensive training program encompassing new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service, safety, food safety, and product knowledge. Certifications such as IST or AST are mandatory.

Applicants should be comfortable reading and writing simple correspondence, performing basic arithmetic involving money and measurements, and following detailed instructions.
