The role of Bar Back/Utility at Schulte Hospitality Group is designed for dynamic, service-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and team-driven environment. This position plays a critical supportive role in the overall operation of the bar by preparing food items used in drinks, managing trash pickup and disposal, maintaining high health and sanitation standards, and ensuring the bar is well-stocked, replenished, clean, and prepared for service. The Bar Back/Utility works closely with bartenders and other team members to maintain smooth service operations, assist in identifying ways to enhance service, performance, and safety, and perform various other duties as assigned. This role requires flexibility in working hours and shifts, excellent communication skills, strong teamwork abilities, and the capability to multitask effectively.

Job Duties
- Prepares food items needed in the preparation of drinks
- Trash pickup and disposal at bar and bar service areas
- Maintain health and sanitation standards
- Review work procedures and operational problems in order to determine ways to improve service, performance and/or safety
- Completes stocking, replenishing, cleaning, maintenance and preparation of bar
- Perform various other duties as assigned
