The role of Bar Back/Utility at Schulte Hospitality Group is designed for dynamic, service-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced and team-driven environment. The Bar Back/Utility works closely with bartenders and other team members to maintain smooth service operations, assist in identifying ways to enhance service, performance, and safety, and perform various other duties as assigned.
