Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- ability to stand for extended periods
- physical capability to carry 150 lbs with or without accommodation
- basic communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours
- commitment to adhere to health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Hotel experience preferred
- ability to communicate effectively with guests
- basic math skills for portion control and delivery amounts
- manual dexterity required to use knives, handle glassware and bottles, scoop ice, and stock items
- ability to follow written product labeling instructions
- capability to lift or move goods weighing up to 150 lbs with or without accommodation
- ability to work within normal to refrigerated temperature ranges
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- adaptable communication style for different audiences
Job Duties
- Retrieve orders from storeroom and verify accuracy with storeroom personnel
- re-check items with bartender upon delivery
- prepare garnishes by cutting, slicing, and peeling fruits
- mix and pour juices according to business needs
- store backup supplies requiring refrigeration properly
- maintain adequate bar supplies such as stir sticks, napkins, and matches
- ensure cleanliness of bar area, beer lockers, refrigeration, and storage areas to comply with health codes
- scoop ice and replenish ice containers
- box and save empty liquor bottles for returns
- transport taps, replace and perform routine maintenance on heavy beer kegs
- comply with attendance rules and be available for regular work
- perform other related duties as assigned
