Currently, Cigars International is seeking a dedicated and lively individual to join their team as a Part-Time Bar Back/Cook for their Bridgeville location. This position is part-time with a work schedule covering Monday nights and weekends. The successful candidate must be at least 21 years of age to apply. As a Bar Back, the employee will play a crucial role in supporting the bar staff, ensuring the bar area remains well-stocked, clean, and orderly while providing attentive and proactive service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a social atmosphere, has a strong work ethic, and possesses the resilience needed to thrive during peak hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The role includes a variety of responsibilities such as maintaining fully stocked ice bins, liquor wells, and beer coolers for bartenders, supporting cocktail servers by clearing tables, and helping to manage trash and recycling disposal. The employee will also play an important role in upholding facility cleanliness and safety standards, including bussing, cleaning, and stocking glassware as well as rotating kegs and managing unruly patrons when necessary. This position requires considerable physical activity, including lifting objects up to 50 pounds, frequent standing, walking, and handling heavy items within a busy environment.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Maintain fully stocked ice bins, liquor wells, and beer coolers for bartenders
  • support cocktail servers by clearing tables

  • communicate potential issues to the manager on duty
  • aid in managing unruly patrons when necessary
  • rotate kegs as needed
