The current opening is situated at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Conference Center in Norwood, Massachusetts, a property owned by Hobbs Brook Real Estate LLC. This 230-room, modern hotel boasts smoke-free guestrooms including allergy-friendly options, complimentary amenities like Wi-Fi, parking, and fitness facilities, as well as an indoor pool. The hotel features 28 meeting rooms with 40,000 square feet of flexible event space, making it an ideal venue for diverse events from conferences to social gatherings hosted in the Tiffany Ballroom. Located conveniently near Boston, Providence, Gillette Stadium, and other regional attractions, the hotel offers easy access for both business and leisure travelers.
This role is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning hospitality establishment recognized for its high-energy, collaborative, and supportive work environment. The position requires a flexible schedule with availability for early morning starts at 9:00 AM and late evening shifts until 1:00 AM, including open availability for day, night, and weekend shifts, as well as holiday coverage except for Christmas Day unless an event is scheduled. The Wait Staff is expected to deliver courteous, professional table service, ensuring guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience in the hotel’s restaurants, One Bistro and Zachariah's breakfast buffet. Duties include proper table setting with linen, china, and silverware, prompt delivery and retrieval of courses, accurate recording of food and beverage orders via POS systems (Micros), and adherence to state and local sanitation codes. The role demands a positive attitude to create welcoming first impressions and strong communication skills to handle various customer situations tactfully.

- ensure compliance with state and local sanitation codes
