- at least 1 year of wait staff experience
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to handle difficult customer situations

- ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment

Job Duties
- Provide courteous table service to all dining room guests
- take and deliver all orders promptly
- serve food and drinks using proper serving techniques
- accurately record food and beverage charges in the POS system
- set dining room tables with proper linen, china, and silverware prior to service
- perform side work such as folding napkins, refilling condiments, and organizing supply storage
- ensure compliance with state and local sanitation codes
- maintain a positive and professional attitude
- greet all customers professionally
- complete all side work by the end of the shift
- ensure all sales are balanced at the close of shifts
