The role available is designed for a motivated and service-oriented individual eager to contribute to the club’s exceptional member and guest experiences. This position offers an hourly pay rate of $15 and is part-time, with a work schedule of 20-25 hours per week to be discussed during the interview process with the hiring manager. The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team responsible for delivering attentive and friendly service to members and guests, supporting the setup and breakdown of events, and ensuring a clean and organized service environment.

Responsibilities for this role are varied and include pre- and post-shift duties such as event setup and breakdown, welcoming members and guests promptly upon seating, menu distribution, beverage order taking, and beverage preparation tasks including icing glasses and adding garnishes. This position also involves efficient food and beverage delivery, proactive guest satisfaction checks, table cleaning, revenue control adherence, and communication with supervisors regarding any guest complaints. The ability to work collaboratively with the team in staff line-ups and maintaining cleanliness in all assigned areas is essential.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of relevant experience who possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task effectively, and a customer-service mindset. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods. Job Duties

  • Performs pre- and post-work shift duties including setup and breakdown of events
  • Provides immediate attention to all members and guests upon seating
  • Distributes menus when needed
  • Takes beverage orders
  • Ices glasses, adds garnishes or other ingredients
  • Places food and beverages on tray and delivers to members and guests
  • Checks back to ensure members' and guests' satisfaction
  • Removes empty glasses and cleans tables as required
  • Consistently follows all revenue control procedures
  • Keeps assigned tables, lounge and bus station and other areas clean
  • Advises supervisor of complaints as they occur
  • Attends staff line up as required
