Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach from 6 to 72 inches
- close vision, color vision, and depth perception required
- willingness to participate in and complete required training
- must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to present information in one-on-one and small group situations in English
- ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and perform operations using American money and weight measurement
- ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions
- completion of company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock Fresh Foods products according to Fresh Foods Standards
- clean work areas
- provide customer service
- unload stock
- reload salvage
