Our bakery prides itself on creating high-quality baked goods made from scratch, featuring seasonal and locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. We have built a loyal customer base by offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere where guests can enjoy fresh pastries, biscuits, yeasted breads, cookies, cakes, and more. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum two years of professional baking experience
  • availability to work weekends
  • ability to lift 50 pounds
  • strong work ethic and punctuality
  • ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • must be able to work both independently and as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of baking experience
  • ability to work early mornings
  • team player with good communication skills
  • knowledge of baking techniques and dough preparation
  • ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
  • physical stamina to stand for long periods
  • food safety knowledge

Job Duties

  • Baking biscuits daily, pastries, yeasted breads, cookies, cakes
  • making cookie doughs, yeasted doughs, and batters
  • makings sauces, jams, fillings with seasonal and local produce
  • operating Li ge waffle maker
  • washing dishes
  • must be able to lift 50 pounds and be on feet for duration of shift
  • ability to help out the line cooks as needed with prep and expo
