Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum two years of professional baking experience
- availability to work weekends
- ability to lift 50 pounds
- strong work ethic and punctuality
- ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- must be able to work both independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of baking experience
- ability to work early mornings
- team player with good communication skills
- knowledge of baking techniques and dough preparation
- ability to operate kitchen equipment safely
- physical stamina to stand for long periods
- food safety knowledge
Job Duties
- Baking biscuits daily, pastries, yeasted breads, cookies, cakes
- making cookie doughs, yeasted doughs, and batters
- makings sauces, jams, fillings with seasonal and local produce
- operating Li ge waffle maker
- washing dishes
- must be able to lift 50 pounds and be on feet for duration of shift
- ability to help out the line cooks as needed with prep and expo
