Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- ability to reach with hands and arms
- ability to talk, hear, taste, and smell
- ability to handle exposure to hot, cold, and varying environmental conditions
- ability to work in moderate to loud noise environments
- ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
- completion of company training including food safety, sanitation, and customer service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience or training
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- ability to write simple correspondence in English
- ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- basic mathematical skills including addition and subtraction
- strong interpersonal skills
- willingness to complete required training
Job Duties
- bake products according to standards
- process, package, and stock fresh foods products according to fresh foods standards
- clean work areas regularly
- provide excellent customer service
- unload stock and manage salvage
- reload shelves to maintain stock levels
- complete required trainings including food safety and product knowledge
