Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Complete company training including new hire orientation, food sanitation, customer service network, safety, food safety, and product knowledge
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in moderate to loud noise environments
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions including hot, cool, and extreme cold
- Ability to use hands, reach with arms, talk, hear, taste, and smell as required by the job
- Ability to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch occasionally
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions in English
- Ability to write simple correspondence in English
- Ability to present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and perform operations using American money and weight measurement
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to detailed instructions
Job Duties
- Bake products according to standards
- Process, package, and stock fresh foods products according to fresh foods standards
- Clean work areas
- Provide customer service
- Unload stock
- Reload salvage
- Participate in required training
