Chase is currently seeking an Associate Banker to join their team. As an Associate Banker, you will be the face of the branch, representing Chase’s brand and culture through exceptional hospitality and service. Your role encompasses using advanced financial technologies and solutions while providing friendly and attentive service to clients. Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, assisting with routine transactions, and helping clients open new accounts. You will play a pivotal role in educating clients about digital banking tools such as the Chase Mobile App, the Chase website, and ATM services, helping them bank conveniently anytime and anywhere. Building trusted relationships with clients by actively listening, asking insightful questions, and sharing tailored financial solutions is key to helping clients meet their financial aspirations. Additionally, you will support branch operations by managing cash devices and adhering to all policies and regulations. This position not only demands stellar customer service skills but also a strong ability to collaborate and elevate the overall client experience through teamwork, attention to detail, and quick problem resolution. Job Duties

  • Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients as they enter the branch, making them feel appreciated, managing lobby traffic, checking clients into the waiting queue, and scheduling/canceling client meetings
  • Exceed client expectations while assisting with day-to-day transactions as well as open new accounts, while complying with all policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements
  • Educate clients on how the usage of technology self-service options such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs can help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want
  • Build meaningful relationships with clients by actively listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions – introducing them to our team of experts to help achieve their financial goals
  • Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault, ATM, or others while adhering to all bank policies and procedures
