With nearly a century of experience, Woodcraft Rangers has consistently adapted to the evolving needs of young people, particularly those from underserved populations. Their holistic approach, known as the Woodcraft Way, fosters growth in body, mind, spirit, and service. The organization serves over 30,000 youth annually across more than 160 Title I schools in Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties, offering TK-12 expanded learning programs that include before and after school care, summer camps, specialty enrichment, and a wide range of supportive services including environmental justice, social inclusion, college access, and career advancement through their Lifecraft program. Known for its inclusive, youth-led mission, Woodcraft Rangers is committed to creating safe, engaging, and transformative spaces where children and teens can thrive and realize their full potential.

The position is entirely on-site, requiring attendance at both school locations and Woodcraft Rangers’ main office for training in Little Tokyo.
