Job Duties
- Consistently offer professional, engaging and friendly service
- Set up service stations and ensure bussing of stations throughout the shift
- Assist bartenders with maintaining stocks, changing kegs, collecting empty glasses, re-stocking ice and food service
- Assist servers with food service, bussing, maintaining stocks and clean glassware
- Maintain full knowledge of food and beverage menus and offerings
- Create a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist with guest enquiries
- Review daily reports, arrivals, VIPs, and groups in house
- Perform other duties as assigned
