We are currently seeking part-time Apartment Grounds & Sanitation Porters (also known as Field Services Technicians) to join our team. There is no long-distance driving involved; you will be assigned to apartment communities near where you live, allowing for a manageable and consistent daytime schedule.

As an Apartment Grounds & Sanitation Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of common areas, disposal zones, and outdoor spaces within local apartment complexes. Your day-to-day work will include tasks such as keeping dumpster areas tidy, compacting and organizing trash, managing recycling and compost materials, removing debris, sweeping, and handling pet waste in designated areas. This position offers a pay rate of $19 per hour with work typically scheduled from Sunday to Thursday or Wednesday to Sunday, starting around 6:00 AM.
