  • Ownership of an open-bed pickup truck or a vehicle with an open utility trailer

  • Auto insurance for the vehicle used

  • Ability to work independently and maintain a consistent schedule
  • Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to walk long distances and climb multiple flights of stairs
  • Ability to operate a manual tamper to compact trash safely

Job Duties

  • Maintain dumpster areas, trash enclosures, and common spaces so communities stay clean and welcoming
  • Compact and organize trash using company-provided equipment
  • Handle recycling and compost materials according to procedures
  • Remove debris, sweep areas, and complete general porter services
  • Remove pet waste from designated areas using provided supplies
  • Empty common-area trash receptacles and replace liners as needed
  • Use our mobile app to track work, complete tasks, and confirm service
  • Stay active by walking properties, climbing stairs, and working outdoors
