Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Prepare hot and cold menu items working on the grill, saute station, salad bar and service line
- Ensure proper preparation, portioning and serving of foods as indicated on the menu cycle and standardized recipes
- Taste and prepare food to determine quality and palatability
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Work weekends as required
