The role of Cook at Discovery Management Group is vital to maintaining the high standards of meal quality and service within their senior living communities. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing hot and cold menu items, working at various stations such as the grill, saute station, salad bar, and service line. Attention to detail is critical, as you will ensure that food is prepared, portioned, and served according to menu cycles and standardized recipes. Tasting and preparing food to assess quality and palatability are essential duties, as is maintaining organization in the kitchen. Prior experience in senior living settings is preferred, as it equips candidates with understanding specialized dietary needs and safe food handling practices.

Job Duties
