Job Requirements

Valid Nevada advanced esthetics license
At least 1 year of experience in a med spa or customer-facing role preferred
Strong communication skills
Good multitasking and organizational abilities
Professional appearance

Comfortable recommending products and cross-promoting services

Job Duties

Perform advanced esthetic services including microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels, medical-grade facials and laser treatments
Consult with clients, recommend services and skincare products, and assist providers as needed
Greet clients, manage check-in/check-out, and schedule appointments (Vagaro experience a plus)
Handle phone calls, client inquiries, and deliver excellent customer service
Support inventory management, retail sales, and light administrative duties
Maintain treatment rooms and ensure strict adherence to sanitation protocols
