Job Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a related position
- Be the voice and face of the parish to those calling or visiting
- Strong customer service skills
- Personable, well-organized, able to work in a team setting
- Good time management, ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Attentive to detail with good verbal and written communication skills
- Dependable, responsible, self-motivated, creative
- Able to maintain confidentiality and accountability
- Able to sit for extended periods
- Computer proficiency including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and ParishSoft
- Must successfully pass required background and fingerprinting check
- Must complete Safe environment training

Job Duties
- Process new and updated registration information of current and new parishioners, sending welcome letters and maintaining all information in the ParishSoft database
- Maintain the parish offering envelope system, record parishioners' donations in the ParishSoft System and mail out yearly and select monthly contribution statements
- Maintain sacramental information on the database and assist in recording in sacrament record books
- Help maintain the online Mass Intentions scheduling program and record donations
- Provide hospitality and proper communication to parishioners on the parish property
- Operate the telephone system, take and transfer calls, disseminate messages to staff
- Supervise and maintain healthy relationships with Office Reception Volunteers and train them when needed
- Perform other assignments as requested by the Pastor and Office Manager
