We are currently seeking a Part-time Administrative Assistant for our Tallahassee, FL office to support Team 6 and contribute to our growing organization. This role is integral to maintaining efficient office operations and supporting project teams in achieving their objectives. As a Part-time Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative and coordination tasks that ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication within the office and with clients. You will handle scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, managing correspondence, coordinating events and training sessions, and providing on-site support during important meetings, including handling logistics such as catering, printing, audio-visual needs, and travel accommodation support.

Additionally, you will manage general office administration duties including liaising with building management for maintenance issues and managing parking and access cards. You will also serve as receptionist, answering calls, greeting visitors, and facilitating communication flow. The role encompasses support for new hire onboarding, coordinating equipment orders, processing mail and packages, assisting with financial and project management reporting, and supporting marketing initiatives such as tracking RFPs and proposals. You will be expected to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a proactive approach by anticipating needs and completing tasks independently with minimal supervision.

This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, professionalism, and discretion, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential. The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of administrative support experience or an associate’s degree that can substitute for one year of experience. Experience in the consulting industry and knowledge of Oracle and Adobe Professional are preferred. Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Provides administrative support to staff including scheduling meetings and drafting minutes
