The role of Activities Assistant, also known as Life Enrichment Partner, is integral to our mission of celebrating and enriching the lives of seniors. This position involves planning, organizing, and facilitating engaging activities that promote social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical well-being among residents. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for helping seniors live a rich and fulfilling life
- Prefer previous experience in organizing activities or event planning
- Prefer minimum one year of experience in activities or recreation services
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Plan and organize engaging activities for senior residents
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants

- Maintain records of activities and resident participation
- Assist in setting up and cleaning up activity spaces
- Encourage and motivate residents to participate in events
