The Activities Assistant (Life Enrichment Partner) role at PSL is centered on enriching the lives of senior residents by planning and facilitating engaging activities that promote social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical wellness. The Activities Assistant works closely with residents to understand their interests and needs, tailoring activity schedules that foster joy, connection, and fulfillment.
