Known for its compassionate approach, the community emphasizes honoring the dignity and respect of every resident. Over the decades, The Davis Community has expanded its services beyond skilled nursing to offer a comprehensive range of senior living options aimed at enhancing the quality of life for its residents. This commitment to excellence has made it one of the most respected and sought-after senior living communities in the region. They take pride in creating an empowering and inclusive environment where seniors can thrive, enjoy companionship, and actively engage in a fulfilling retirement experience.

The position offered is for an Activity Assistant responsible for supporting the Life Enhancement Mentor in planning and executing engaging resident activities. This role is central to promoting the psychosocial well-being of the community's seniors. It focuses on offering recreational, social, and exercise opportunities that encourage growth, enjoyment, and friendship among residents. The Activity Assistant plays a key part in person-centered care planning, tailoring activities to the unique preferences and needs of each individual. This position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM, offering a balanced work schedule suitable for those passionate about senior care and enrichment programming.

The community supports employee well-being through various benefits such as state-of-the-art facilities, on-demand pay, benefits beginning after 30 days of employment, low-cost lunches, and free gym and indoor pool membership. Employees benefit from shift differentials, competitive wages, and a focus on work-life balance and professional growth.
In the Activity Assistant role, you will assist in activity organization, planning monthly calendars, providing input for newsletters, setting up and breaking down activities, and fostering an engaging environment.
