As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will embody the brand's hospitable culture by delivering outstanding client service with the help of the latest financial technology. The role involves creating a welcoming environment, managing lobby traffic effectively, and providing attentive and friendly service to clients from the moment they enter the branch. Using digital tools such as tablets for check-ins and scheduling, you will enhance the client experience while ensuring compliance with banking policies and regulations. In addition, you will aid clients with everyday banking activities by educating them about the use of technology-enabled self-service options such as the Chase Mobile App and online platforms.
