Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with inventory management and sales tracking
- Commitment to company safety standards
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- Demonstrates integrity and strong leadership skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and overtime
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish preferred
- Experience in automotive retail is beneficial
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Assist in supervising, training, and developing employees
