These hourly positions offer competitive pay with the Signature Fine Dining/Demi Chef role paying $30.50 per hour and the Dinner Cook role at $28.50 per hour. Employees must demonstrate flexibility in scheduling as shifts can vary widely, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and special events, reflecting the 24/7 operation schedule of the resort. This flexibility ensures that guests receive impeccable service at all times. Selected candidates will bring a blend of technical culinary knowledge, professionalism, and an enthusiasm for collaborative work that drives the continuous success of Disneyland Resort’s culinary offerings.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant culinary experience
  • Culinary education degree or equivalent if less than 2 years experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot calmly
  • Passion for culinary arts
  • Ability to understand and use recipes

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in culinary field with a focus on high volume production
  • Culinary education degree or equivalent experience for those with less than 2 years of experience

  • Ability to troubleshoot and handle difficult situations calmly
  • Passion for culinary arts and guest satisfaction
  • Proven ability to read, understand, and create recipes
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
  • Food safety certification or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced fine dining environment
