Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum 2 years experience in culinary field or culinary education degree with less than 2 years experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills with leadership experience
- Ability to troubleshoot and stay calm under pressure
- Passionate about culinary and guest experience
- Ability to read and understand recipes
- Knowledge of proper knife use
- Positive and helpful attitude towards guests and team
- Demonstrated excellent guest service skills
- Enthusiasm for kitchen work
- Food Safety Certification or equivalent
- Ability to operate kitchen technology systems
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in culinary field with a focus on high volume production
- Culinary education degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create, read, and understand recipes
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology

Job Duties
- Prepare high-quality dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Manage food preparation and ensure consistency in presentation

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
