Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • minimum of 2 years experience in culinary field focusing on high volume production
  • culinary education degree or equivalent with less than 2 years experience accepted
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • proven leadership skills
  • ability to troubleshoot calmly
  • passion for culinary arts and guest satisfaction
  • ability to create and understand recipes
  • knowledge of proper knife use
  • excellent guest service skills
  • food safety certification
  • ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Job Qualifications
