Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years experience in culinary field with a focus on high volume production
- Culinary education degree or equivalent experience if less than 2 years experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and handle difficult situations calmly
- Passion for culinary and delighting guests with food
- Ability to create, read, and understand recipes
- Understand knife usage purpose and techniques
- Positive and friendly attitude to guests and coworkers
- Excellent guest service skills and service recovery ability
- Enthusiasm for working in the kitchen
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology
- Food safety certification or equivalent
- Proficient with kitchen technology such as plate costing buffet system, CAFE system, KDS, Workbrain
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
