Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in culinary field focusing on high volume production
- Culinary education degree or equivalent if under 2 years experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot
- Passion for culinary arts
- Ability to read and understand recipes
- Knowledge of proper knife usage
- Positive and helpful attitude
- Excellent guest service skills
- Knowledge of culinary terminology
- Food safety certification
- Ability to work with culinary technology
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events
Job Qualifications
- Culinary education degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in high volume culinary production

- Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and handle difficult situations calmly
- Proficient in reading and understanding recipes

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with Disneyland Resort standards
- Ensure high quality and safety of all food served
- Lead and coordinate kitchen staff during service
- Monitor inventory and communicate needs for ingredients and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in training new culinary team members
