Job Description

At the heart of this iconic destination lies the Signature Fine Dining team, a group of artists, visionaries, and storytellers dedicated to creating unforgettable culinary moments. The resort's fine dining establishments, including the prestigious Carthay Circle Restaurant and the exclusive Club 33, offer guests an elegant atmosphere combined with exceptional cuisine crafted from the finest ingredients. These award-winning restaurants are not just places to dine but settings that bring to life immersive stories and memorable experiences through their connection to food.

The Signature Fine Dining team at Disneyland Resort is committed to excellence, innovation, and creativity in the culinary arts. The team encourages growth opportunities, allowing chefs and culinarians to develop their skills as professional craftsmen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Positions within this team include roles such as Signature Fine Dining/Demi Chef and Dinner Cook, each essential in delivering the highest standards of food quality and guest satisfaction. These roles offer hourly employment opportunities with competitive pay rates, specifically $30.50 per hour for the Signature Fine Dining/Demi Chef role and $28.50 per hour for the Dinner Cook role.

Working at Disneyland’s Signature Fine Dining restaurants means embarking on a culinary journey where passion meets precision. Candidates involved in these roles will have access to top-tier ingredients and state-of-the-art kitchen technology to create dishes that resonate with creativity and taste. Beyond cooking skills, team members are expected to bring enthusiasm, leadership, and excellent communication skills to handle high-volume production settings efficiently. The environment thrives on collaboration, professionalism, and the desire to delight guests consistently with innovative dishes that align with the theme park’s unique storytelling and guest service philosophies.

These positions require flexibility, as the resort operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, offering shifts that may begin as early as 5:00 a.m. or extend late into the night, including weekends, holidays, and special events. Candidates must be willing to work these varied shifts to support the smooth operation of the resort’s culinary offerings. The Disneyland Resort fosters an inclusive workplace culture that values passion, creativity, and dedication. Individuals passionate about culinary arts and eager to work in a vibrant and stimulating environment will find these opportunities both challenging and rewarding. Moreover, the resort provides select benefits as part of the compensation package, including medical and financial benefits, ensuring a well-rounded employment experience.

Joining the Disneyland Resort’s Signature Fine Dining team is more than just taking a job; it’s about becoming part of a legendary tradition that transcends cooking to craft magical guest experiences.
