The Fontaine, a Kansas City Hotel, is a renowned boutique hotel located in the heart of Kansas City, Missouri. One exciting opportunity available is the Overnight Parking Attendant position at The Newport Beachside Hotel and Resort, soon to be rebranded as The Sunny. This luxurious resort located in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, will feature 339 spacious guest rooms, multiple dining outlets, a fitness center, spa, oceanfront pool, beach club, and extensive event spaces. The Overnight Parking Attendant role is vital in ensuring a smooth and welcoming parking experience for guests during overnight hours. Responsibilities include managing parking operations, assisting guests, and maintaining the security of vehicles and the parking area.
This role is essential in upholding the resort’s high standards for guest satisfaction and safety during the night. The ideal candidate should possess strong observational skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently. Experience in parking management or guest services is preferred but not required, making this a great entry-level opportunity for those who are reliable and attentive. The position requires working overnight shifts including weekends and holidays, and candidates must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Job Requirements
- Must be able to work overnight shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license with no history of accidents or moving violations
- Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong observational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience preferred but not required
