Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license with minimum 2 years of experience
- Ability to stand, walk, run, and carry up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills in English
- Friendly and professional approach to guests
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, mornings, and evenings
- Ability to resolve customer issues positively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid driver’s license with minimum 2 years of driving experience
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to work in fast-paced, outdoor environments
- Experience in valet parking preferred
- Experience in customer service preferred
- Energetic and outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Greet guests cheerfully and thank them upon exit
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles safely and promptly
- Explain parking rates and provide self-park instructions
- Inspect each vehicle before taking possession following company guidelines
- Maintain uniform appearance and exhibit a friendly, professional demeanor
- Stand, walk, and occasionally lift items up to 50 pounds
- Perform small cleaning, maintenance, or special projects as directed by management
