The role of Parking Valet Associate at Four Seasons is vital in delivering outstanding guest experiences by providing courteous, efficient, and safe vehicle handling. This position serves as the first and last point of contact for guests arriving and departing, making a significant contribution to the overall impression and satisfaction of visitors. Parking Valet Associates are expected to greet guests warmly, manage vehicle parking skillfully, and uphold high standards of professionalism and guest service at all times. Essential duties include safely driving guests' vehicles to assigned parking locations, returning vehicles promptly upon guest departure, and accurately completing parking violation notices with detailed assessments. Additionally, Parking Valet Associates assist guests with their belongings when necessary, ensuring a seamless and positive interaction.

Job Qualifications

  • fluency in English both written and verbal

  • prior experience providing excellent customer service

Job Duties

  • greet arriving guests and safely drive their vehicles to assigned parking areas
  • escort departing guests and return their vehicles securely and efficiently
  • complete parking violation notices accurately including vehicle details and condition assessments
  • assist guests in moving belongings from vehicles when necessary
  • maintain a polished and professional demeanor while interacting with guests
  • support the operations of the valet team to ensure smooth functioning
  • handle high-pressure situations with calmness and professionalism
