This role as a Parking Valet Associate plays a vital part in supporting Four Seasons' mission of delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience. The associate will be responsible for managing valet services with professionalism, courtesy, and safety as top priorities. The position is essential in creating the first and lasting impressions on guests by providing efficient vehicle handling and ensuring the smooth transition of guests’ arrivals and departures. Candidates in this role will engage directly with guests, upholding the brand’s luxury standards by maintaining a polished and professional demeanor. They will be expected to safely park guest vehicles, facilitate the retrieval of vehicles when guests depart, and promptly handle any parking-related documentation such as violation notices.

Additionally, the Parking Valet Associate will support the overall valet operations, assisting guests with moving belongings as necessary, and maintaining high organizational and communication standards. This role requires availability during weekends, holidays, and select overnight shifts, making flexibility a key component. A clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and excellent English communication skills are essential. Working under pressure in a fast-paced environment, the associate must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and effective problem-solving abilities to handle any situation with professionalism and care.

Job Duties

  • Greet arriving guests and safely drive their vehicles to assigned parking areas
  • Escort departing guests and return their vehicles securely and efficiently
  • Complete parking violation notices accurately including vehicle details and condition assessments
  • Assist guests in moving belongings from vehicles when necessary
  • Maintain a polished and professional demeanor while interacting with guests
  • Support valet team operations to ensure smooth and professional vehicle handling
