Job Requirements

Valid driver’s license
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Capacity to stand or walk for prolonged periods
Ability to lift, move, and place objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
Willingness to comply with company policies and safety procedures
Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
Commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Open doors and assist guests and visitors entering and leaving the hotel
Control and direct personal and commercial vehicle traffic on the hotel property including guest vehicles, taxis, limousines, and buses to ensure legal parking and maintain smooth and efficient traffic flow
Provide directions and information to guests about hotel amenities, services, operating hours, and local points of interest
Monitor and maintain safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas and levels
Report to management any risks to vehicles or security issues
Keep vehicles and their keys secure
Communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to management
Participate in safety training and obtain certifications
Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company property
Greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Anticipate guests' service needs and respond accordingly
Thank guests with genuine appreciation
Assist persons with disabilities
Use clear and professional language when communicating
Answer telephones following proper protocol
Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships
Support the team to achieve common goals
Adhere to quality assurance expectations and standards
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Move, lift, transport, push, drag and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds unaided
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors
