Job Description

Towne Park is a leading hospitality services company dedicated to creating exceptional experiences through compassionate and attentive service. Specializing in parking management and maintenance, Towne Park operates nationwide and partners with various entities such as hospitals, municipalities, airports, and commercial properties. Their commitment to service excellence is reflected in their mission to make a positive impact on the millions of patients, visitors, and guests they serve daily. The company fosters a workplace culture centered around teamwork, respect, and the importance of every employee's role in generating smiles and memorable moments for customers.

As a Parking Maintenance/Porter at the MetroHealth Medical Center Main Campus, you become an integral part of the Towne Park team, with a unique opportunity to provide not just maintenance services, but exceptional hospitality that enhances the overall guest experience. This role involves routine cleaning and upkeep of the parking garage, maintenance of equipment, and offering hospitality services that ensure visitors feel welcomed and cared for throughout their stay.

This position offers an hourly wage between $16 and $18, reflecting Towne Park's commitment to offering fair compensation based on experience, skills, and location. This is a second-shift position operating from 3 PM to 11 PM on weekdays and weekends. Full-time and part-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and participation in the company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan. The company promotes a healthy work-life balance and encourages ongoing employee development.

The role is well-suited for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and interacting with the public. No prior experience is necessary, making it an excellent entry-level opportunity for candidates willing to learn and grow within the hospitality industry. Towne Park emphasizes safety and security in the parking environment, including protecting guest confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and ensuring the security of customer information.

Porters at Towne Park perform essential duties such as checking and cleaning guest entrances, elevator landings, and parking garage common areas. They handle waste removal, stain removal using mops or power washers, cleaning of signage and pay stations, and general upkeep around vehicles. Additionally, they provide customer assistance including directions, addressing lock-out or flat tire issues, and managing guest key returns. The role demands physical rigor such as lifting up to 100 pounds occasionally and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

In summary, joining Towne Park as a Parking Maintenance/Porter provides a stable, rewarding career with ample opportunities to contribute meaningfully to guest experiences while working for a respected company that values its employees and community impact. This position is ideal for compassionate, service-oriented individuals looking to start or enhance their career in hospitality and facilities maintenance.
