The position of Janitorial Cleaner at ABM is designed for dependable and experienced individuals who play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and orderly condition of various facilities. This role is essential in maintaining the overall appearance and sanitation of the workplace, contributing significantly to a positive and healthy environment for employees, clients, and visitors alike. The hourly rate for this position is $18, with shift hours from Monday through Friday, 6 am to 10 am. This job is particularly well-suited for those entering or re-entering the workforce, even with limited prior experience or education. The duties encompass a variety of cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing restrooms, replenishing supplies, emptying trash, and polishing floors and surfaces. The Janitorial Cleaner is expected to manage cleaning equipment and supplies correctly, identify and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs, and assist with event setups or special projects when required.
