The role of Parking Lot Striper at EverLine Coatings and Services is an essential position focused on the execution of line painting and pavement maintenance projects for various clients across the city. This full-time, hourly role pays between $22.00 and $27.00 per hour, reflecting the company's commitment to providing competitive wages. The employee will operate specialized equipment, perform tasks such as asphalt crack sealing, seal coating, sign installation, and wheel stop installation, and is responsible for maintaining a safe, hazard-free job site. In addition, the Parking Lot Striper will drive company trucks and trailers, coordinate with the Operations Manager regarding project status, and contribute to ensuring high-quality project completion.
The successful candidate will work in physical conditions involving walking, bending, and lifting up to 75 pounds in varying weather conditions common to Arizona. EverLine values punctuality, organization, and attention to detail, placing a strong emphasis on self-motivation and problem-solving abilities. Previous experience with small engines like lawn mowers or paint sprayers is considered an asset but not mandatory. - high school diploma or equivalent
- valid az driver’s license with a clean driving record
- reliable transportation
- ability to perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in heat
- experience operating small engines or equipment preferred
- strong communication and organizational skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
